Mobile messaging specialist Infobip has appointed Matthew Hornsey as vice president to head up the company’s carrier relations division.
Hornsey has a long history of working with mobile operators and service providers, and spent the last ten years at Jersey Telecom.
In 2002 he co-founded their offshore division (JT Global), and during the next eight years managed JT Global’s interests in messaging, voice interconnects and machine-2-machine telemetry.
