CTM, a full service telco in Macau, has deployed the Comverse Kenan FX Business Solution to cover the customer care, fulfillment and billing functionalities of its mobile network. The Comverse Kenan FX system will support CTM's planned 3G service rollout, which has been scheduled to take place within the second quarter. According to CTM, the deployment of the comprehensive Comverse solution will greatly improve its market competitiveness. CTM is also in the process of overhauling its mobile BSS infrastructure with the assistance of Comverse, Tata Consultancy Services and other vendors.
