Angolan mobile operator Movicel has selected the Amdocs Compact Convergence solution for its real-time charging and service delivery needs.
The deployment will support Movicel’s growing CDMA operations, and help it establish a foundation for offering 3G services.
The solution will also enable Movicel to quickly introduce new, value-added, prepaid and postpaid services and promotions across any network.
The Amdocs Compact Convergence solution includes network connectivity modules and can be rapidly deployed or expanded to interface with multiple networks.
The solution’s low maintenance and operational costs will enable Movicel to reduce its total cost of ownership.
