MySQL award for NetQoS product

NetQoS Inc. has won a MySQL Application of the Year Award for the innovative use of MySQL in its ReporterAnalyzer product. MySQL says the award is given to organizations that have demonstrated how MySQL's reliability, performance and ease-of-use can contribute to world-class production applications.

NetQoS used MySQL "to architect an innovative distributed solution that meets the needs of the largest enterprise networks and brings tangible benefits to its customers."

For its part, NetQoS says that by using MySQL, it was able to create a distributed network management solution that provides network managers fast access to the right data at the right time, using less hardware and less administration than traditional approaches.
