IBM has teamed with Nuance Communications in a global Joint Initiative Agreement to work on speech recognition solution offerings for enterprises, consumers and partners.

Nuance is now becomes IBM’s Preferred Business Partner for speech technologies and related professional services ad the duo will integrate Nuance’s speech technologies into IBM’s Global Business services organization and web server  capabilities for traditional and VoIP network infrastructure.

Global enterprise service provider  Masergy has opened two new hubs in Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the increasing demand for network services within India.
The online video usage in the US has almost doubled since 2006, from 33% then to 62% according to a report from the Pew Internet & American Life Project. 19% of respondents watch online video every day, up from 8% in 2006, Among those ages 18-29, 89% say they watch online video, with 36% reporting they watch Web video every day.
