Nokia completes $430m takeover of Intellisync

Nokia has completed its acquisition of US wireless messaging and mobile software provider Intellisync, a Nordic Business report said.

The report said that as a result of the acquisition, Intellisync common stock was no longer publicly traded and each share of Intellisync common stock had been converted into the right to receive $5.25 in cash.

Intellisync's entire product range would continue to be sold under the Intellisync name as part of Nokia's business mobility solutions software business line within its Enterprise Solutions business group, the report also said.

The acquisition was earlier pegged at $430 million.
