O2 UK to compensate customers for network outage

O2 UK will pay compensation to millions of its customers following the partial collapse of its network last week. The operator said customers who pay monthly will get 10 per cent off of their July subscription, the equivalent of three days' charges, and that the credit will be applied to their September invoice. The operator has also said it will compensate all 23 million of its customers with a £10 voucher to spend in any O2 store. Article
