Open Systems has clinched a deal with Grupo Sala’s Emas Panama. Under the deal, Open Systems will implement its OpenSmartflex ecoBOSS to integrate Emas Panama’s different sanitation and garbage collection services under a single customer information system.
Based on Grupo Sala’s previous experience with Open Systems solutions deployed in Emas Pasto two years ago, the OpenSmartflex ecoBOSS has enabled it to improve its invoicing and customer care operations.
The solution will allow Emas Panama to unify the provisioning of the different garbage collection, treatment and disposal of urban residues, improving customer care while reducing end-user claims.
