GSM Kazakhstan (Kcell) has tapped Orga Systems' real-time billing solution suite for its new youth-oriented mobile service, dubbed VClub.
Orga Systems has developed a new community charging functionality that enables Kcell to divide its prepaid subscriber base into dedicated groups, with group members receiving special rates and discounts when communicating with each other.
For VClub, Kcell uses the OPSC Prepaid Billing System, complemented by the Orga Bonus Management System, a flexible marketing tool for special promotion and customer loyalty campaigns, and the Orga Service Manager, which enables the administration and real-time charging of value-added services based on subscriptions.
