SPOTLIGHT: Ad-funded mobile video proves successful

One of the key findings of Swisscom's ad-funded mobile video pilot was that nearly a third of those using the service had never watched streamed mobile video in the past. Other highlights included recall rates as high as 29 percent, click-through rates averaging 8 percent, and more than 80 percent of the users rated the model of 'free video content in return for advertising' positively.
