A T-Mobile UK-sanctioned research report from YouGov found that 72 percent of U.K. small and medium business owners believe mobile communications is critical to their workers but 42 percent believe they pay too much for their mobile plans and 77 percent do not have a way to track their employees monthly wireless spending. In addition, 65 percent of respondents say they have no way to control the cost of international calls from employees' mobile phones. Report
