Telefonica is planning a Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) push after finalizing its deployment of nodes in key global territories.
The telco has completed deployment of nodes in EMEA, Asia Pacific, and North America, and plans to target a suite of services at multinational companies, including SIP Trunking, Managed Telephony over IP, Unified Communications, and Managed Conferencing.
José Luis Gamo, chief executive of Telefónica Global Solutions’ Multinational Business unit, says the UCC network will enable global companies to “conduct business in new ways,” and improve their productivity and efficiency.
