Bulgaria’s Vivacom has selected Neural Technologies' Minotaur fraud management solution for both its fixed and mobile networks.
Vivacom, which was created by merging the BTC and Vivatel brands into a single entity, will deploy Minotaur across its operations.
Mobile arm Vivatel had already been using Minotaur, but fixed wing BTC was using a rival product.
“We ultimately selected Minotaur due to the inherent flexibility of the product – which satisfies our current and future business requirements – and the consistently high quality of support provided by Neural Technologies,” Vivacom director of revenue assurance Kolyo Savov said.
