Webwire: Google flags state cyber attacks; FBI probes Stuxnet leak

Google will start warning users whenever its algorithms detect activities that may be attempts by state-sponsored cyber attackers to compromise their computers or Google accounts.

Qatar Telecom (Qtel) has arranged to double its stake in Iraqi mobile operator Asiacell to 60% in a $1.47 billion (€1.1 billion) deal. But Qtel will require government approval to raise its stake above the maximum 55% foreign ownership allowed by Iraqi law.
