Falcone claims AT&T, Verizon working to undermine LightSquared

AT&T (NYSE:T) and Verizon (NYSE:VZ) are working "behind the scenes" to keep LightSquared from coming to market, billionaire hedge fund manager Philip Falcone told CNBC. Falcone, whose firm is backing LightSquared, claims an AT&T lobbyist is heading up the GPS Coalition, which opposes the buildout of the network because of its potential to interfere with GPS systems.
