Flat-rate carrier MetroPCS (NASDAQ:PCS) said it will launch its first Android-based LTE smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Indulge--once again beating larger LTE rival Verizon Wireless (NYSE:VZ) to the punch on an LTE milestone.
