Ranking the wireless industry's 10 highest-paid CEOs

"Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the highest-paid CEO of them all?" In the wireless world, the answer to that question is Sprint (NYSE: S) CEO Dan Hesse. During 2013, Hesse's total compensation--including salary, stock awards, etc.--surpassed $49 million. That is up substantially from the mere $11 million Hesse received during 2012. As in the past few years, top executives from AT&T (NYSE: T), Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ) and Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) rank near the top of the list of highest-paid CEOs. However, Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) CEO Tim Cook is not among the 10 highest-paid wireless industry executives, a distinction he has held the past several years. Check out the 10 highest-paid CEOs in wireless for 2013.
