America Online (AOL) today launched a new Web storefront for its mobile services and a new mobile portal. AOL's new storefront, called AOLMobile.com, has been available in public beta for several weeks and is now available in full form. AOLMobile.com is meant to be accessed from a regular PC and features promotions, discounts and the latest mobile applications. AOL also plans to broaden the range of services it offers on the mobile version of AOL.com, including support for WAP 2.0, search engines, and AOL Pictures photo service.
