Billing provider Boston Communications Group said it would restate certain past financial results to reflect charges for stock-based compensation costs. BCGI said its ongoing internal review of its stock option practices has concluded that the appropriate measurement dates for financial accounting purposes of certain stock option grants differ from the recorded grant dates of those awards. The company hasn't determined the amount of non-cash charges it will take.
