CNN's mobile guru dishes on mobile Web vs. native apps

After an eight-year stint at The Weather Channel Interactive, where he served as the vice president of mobile, Louis Gump joined CNN as its vice president of mobile in 2009. In the two years since he joined, CNN Mobile has launched apps for the iPhone, iPad, Android tablets and Android-enabled mobile phones.
