Facebook posts records in quarterly mobile ad revenues, traffic

Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) reported gains in mobile revenues and traffic that outpaced Wall Street expectations. The company said around 84 percent of its 890 million daily users accessed its site from a phone, and around 86 percent of its 1.39 billion monthly users did so from a phone--a record for the company. Facebook said it scored more than $2 billion in mobile ad revenue during its most recent quarter, above analyst expectations.
