According to new findings from Ipsos Insight, 23 percent of US mobile phone users -- roughly 30 million people -- have downloaded a ringtone in 2005. Only 5 percent reported downloading a ringtone in 2004. Six percent of mobile phone users say they have downloaded full song tracks to their handsets.
