According to AC&M Consulting, the Russian wireless market grew 4.6 percent from May to June, with a total of 97.6 million subscribers. The Russian market in Russia grew by 4.4 million subscribers in June, up by 500,000 from May. Analysts said the June figures surpassed most forecasts. An expected drop in the number of subscribers who signed up during the New Year's campaign did not take place.
