MobHappy has a helpful write-up of the MDA's recent report on mobile Internet usage: The MDA's press release makes no distinction between downloads and browsing nor does it break down other important usage habits. The PR's headline claims 40.7 million mobile Internet users in the quarter, which translates to 13 million users for July, 13.7 million in August and 14 million in September. That makes for a fairly consistent user base with a modicum of growth month-over-month.
