Mobile content publisher Monstermob has agreed to acquire Chinese mobile content firm ATOP Century in a deal that could be worth as much as $100 million. Monstermob has been aggressively expanding its presence in Asia and recently acquired Upper Mobile in the Philippines and Unrealmind Interactive in Malaysia. The deal will give Monstermob access to China's booming mobile market. ATOP was founded in 2003 and has experienced rapid growth with subscribers doubling from 650,000 to 1.25 million in the first half of this year.
