Did someone know something? Barron's Online notes that Traffic.com, which yesterday agreed to be acquired by Navteq for $179 million in cash and stock, had some interesting stock trading patterns prior to this announcement. Traffic.com shares increased 23 percent last week. The acquisition is logical. Traffic.com provides real-time traffic information; Navteq offers electronic maps. But the trading pattern is a bit suspicious.
