Nokia gets $341.3M for Telsim assets

Nokia announced it has received $341.3 million for the sale of its assets in Turkish operator Telsim, which it sold to Vodafone through an arrangement between Telsim and the Turkish Savings and Deposit Insurance Fund. Last August the Turkish government put Telsim up for sale for an estimated $2.8 billion, but the sale stagnated because of legal troubles over money the company owned to Motorola and Nokia.
