Shareholders may oust Vodafone directors

Vodafone is facing more trouble from its largest investors as some say they are still dissatisfied with the company's performance. What's more, all of the directors are up for re-election on July 25th and at least one of its ten largest investors said they're "considering [their] voting position very carefully." The election is set for the company's annual meeting, which also follows the release of the company's annual performance report that should come out in the next few weeks. Investors are sure to pick over the report carefully for signs that the execs have heeded their concerns.
