SPOTLIGHT: Taipei rolls out massive voice over WiFi trial


The City of Taipei, Taiwan, has introduced a voice over WiFi trial that it believes could attract 200,000 users on the system by the end of the year. The goal is to saturate Taipei with WiFi hotspots to allow those involved in the trial to switch from mobile networks to WiFi when the signal is available. Article (telecoms.com sub. req.)
