Sprint and Yahoo today announced a partnership to offer Yahoo's mobile multiplayer games to Sprint's subscribers. The first title, Yahoo! Poker, is a game that enables people on their Sprint PCS handsets to play against thousands of people playing Yahoo! Poker on their PCs, as well as mobile-to-mobile and PC-to-PC game play. Yahoo! Poker will launch on Sprint's Vision content service in June. Sprint's mobile game service, the Game Lobby, is powered by M7 Networks and claims more than 500,000 users. No financial details of the partnership were released.
