Study discounts phone-cancer link

Here's another study concluding that mobile phones don't raise the risk of brain tumors. U.K. researchers from the Institute of Cancer Research and the universities of Leeds, Nottingham and Manchester found no link between mobile phone use and the growth of the most common brain tumors. The researchers note, however, that mobile phones have only been widespread since the mid-1990s, limiting data to research. Studies showing little connection between cancer and phones haven't stopped lawsuits in the U.S. against operators and handset makers from folks claiming mobile-phones caused their cancer.
