T-Mobile USA has added a new, lower-priced data plan to its portfolio that includes HotSpot WiFi access for $19.99 per month. The plan also includes "unlimited T-Mobile Internet." What's more, the carrier is offering a new package for BlackBerry users who do not need access to the Web, but still want to be able to check their email for a mere $9.99 per month.
