VeriSign is reportedly planning to acquire consulting firm inCode Wireless for $52 million. The firm has 14 offices in 10 countries and provides strategy-consulting services to wireless carriers, fixed-line operators, cable TV providers and telecom manufacturers. inCode's investors include big names like Sequoia Capital, Focus Ventures and iNovate Communications Group.
